Research Interests

Our Mission: The Largent-Milnes Lab is committed to understanding the neurophysiology of dysfunctional pain and substance use disorders to develop rational drug targets and innovative compounds for treatment. We take a translational approach to drug discovery, recognizing sex differences, age-related variations, and molecular mechanisms in conditions like headache (migraine, TBI, medication-induced) and addiction.
